Information concerning immunobiological reactivity of porcine organism for experimental introduction of porcine tesho-, enterovirus cultures selected on the territory of Ukraine, and standard culture of Teschen disease exciter is presented in this article. Intracerebral introduction of tesho-, enteroviruss cultures stimulated leyko- and erythrogenesis in the piglets organism. Virus neutralizing antibodies to the cultures of porcine teshoviruses, which are the exciters of encephalomyelitis, either failed to appear, or their level was low. To apathogenically virus strains antibodies in the whey's of blood were 1:128-1:512. It is rotined that reproduction in the organism of piglings of porcine tesho- and enteroviruss, passaged in the culture of cages, did not cause a clinic and pathologic complex in them.
