Progress is in industry of genetic markers of health of home animals

Generalized basic approaches to the application of genetic markers of health of home animals. With the purpose of increasing efficiency of selection and breeding of animals it is expedient to use marker selection, based on determination of genotypes of sires after the genes of treits, related to the health of animals (genes of resistibility to the infectious diseases, genes of the inherited diseases), reproductive (genes of receptors of estrogen androluctine, genes of multiple pregnancy). For prevention of wide distribution of gene mutations by artificial insemination for the estimation of sires it is expedient to use incest-test. The results of cytogenetic analysis allow forecast reproductions traits of animals and expose out genotoxic influence of external and internal mutagene factors.
