Experimental study of heavy metals influence on hemodynamics disoders in the rats of different age groups
I. V. Gubar
Age characteristics of vasotoxic action of heavy metals in low doses were studied on experimental model of subchronic intoxication. The analysis of dynamics of reographic indices in experimental animals showed that lead, mercury and manganese caused different toxic action on bloodstream, tone and peripheral resistance of vessels. To larger extent heavy metals influenced indices of vessel tone, to a lesser extent - speed indices of bloodstream. Younger rats were susceptible towards hypotonic response on manganese and mercury exposure, while old rats showed changes in vascular tone mostly in form of angiospasm under lead exposure.
