Formation of cellular immunity in piglets at weaning from sow under "Interflok" preparation action

Yu. F. Ushkova

Data about influence of "Inerflock" preparation, containing vitamin A, D3, Å, sodium selenite and interferon in form of liposomal emulsion on the quantity and functional activity of T and B-lymphocytes in piglets blood at weaning are presented in this article. It is shown that stress in piglets caused by weaning has immunosuppressive influence on T and B-lymphocytes in blood, which is accompanied by their quantity and functional activity decrease. It was established, that intramuscular administration of "Interflok" causes probable increase of T-lymphocytes (general, active) and B-lymphocytes quantity in blood. At this increase of T-(active) and B-lymphocytes quantity in piglets blood was caused by lymphocytes with law and middle density receptors.
