Cytogenetic characteristic of the ukrainian carps from different regions of Ukraine

The analysis of occurrence frequency of cytogenetic anomalies (erythrocytes with micronucleus, leukocytes with micronycleus, binucleas leukocytes and apoptosis) in the blood cells of scaly carp and frame carp from four fish economy of different ekological geographical regions of Ukraine has been carried out. The investigated groups of fishes which phenotypically belong to various intra-breed types, but are grown in the same economy are differed one from another by such characteristics of chromosomal apparatus destabilization on as occurrence frequency of erythrocytes with micronucleus,leukocytes with micronucleus, binuclear leukocytes and apoptosis.
