Biologically active substances and medicinal products made from juniper ordinary

In the article data on the content of biologically active substances in herbal juniper ordinary and their influence on living organisms had been studied. First of all numerous studies have found that regular use of juniper ordinary is recommended in case of edema, associated with renal failure, breach of circulation, heart failure, and in chronic piyelitis, cystitis, urolithiasis disease, excitement of appetite, with gastroenteritis, hepatitis, associated with stagnation of bile, in chronic respiratory diseases, cancer treatment, neuralgia, rheumatism. Ways of using drugs with juniper ordinary have amateur, remedies are not persistent, not standardized, which requires further studies towards the establishment of oficinal preparations.
