Definition of acute toxicity of experimental preparation "Timtyltm-150"

The drug "TimTyltm-150" incoming into the belly white mice in the maximum amount does not cause symptoms of poisoning and deviations in behavior. DL50 at intraperitoneal introduction of the drug "TimTyltm-150" to white mice of 1,02 ml per 1 kg of that ten times higher than therapeutic dose. DL50 of preparation TimTyltm-150 "for white mice by subcutaneous injection is 7,9 ml per 1 kg. According to the findings of research on rats by subcutaneous injection LD50 input is 8,33 ml per 1 kg body weight.
