TBA-active products content and activity of antioxidant defence enzymes in homogenates of internal organs in females of rats under stimulation of embryo-uterine signal under injection of selenium content preparation

Researches were spent for the purpose of working out new of selenium-content preparation of the prolonged action with depositing substance for activation of rat female sexual cycle and enhancement of embryo-uterine interactions formation at early stages of pregnancy. At definition of fertility level after application new selenium-content preparation we have found out that the pregnancy index was the highest in group of animals with triplex hypodermic injection of a preparation with selenium before fertilization. It is thus established that in a uterus and heart of animals of this group level as hydroperoxides and malonic dyaldehydes was increased. Scheme of a preparation injection raises activity of enzymes - ñatalase in a uterus and in a liver and glutathione peroxidase in comparison with the control that evedenced in about activation of metabolism as a whole and antioxidant in particular.
