HIGH FREQUENCY DEVICE OF PASTEURIZATION AND STERILIZATION OF LIQUID MATTERS

It is substantiation expediency of usiog electromagnetic fields of super high frequency (SHF) for pasteurization and sterilization of liquid products and surroundings. It's considered of working conditions of pasteurization device and necessary energy concentration in zone of interaction of liquid and electromagnetic field. It's given measuring results of standing wave coefficient and transmission coefficient.
