SYNTHESIS OF DYE-LIGAND AFFINNITY SORBENTS SUITABLE FOR OBTAIN AND PURIFICATION OF BLOOD CLOTTING FACTORS

On the basis of macroporous silicas and active triazine dyes sorbents suitable for purification of the trypsin-like proteinases from blood plasma were synthesized.

Synthesized sorbents are on the basis of macro porous silica, which contain as ligands active triazine dyes. Physical and chemical properties of the obtained sorbents testify about their high stability, easiness of regeneration, firmness to microorganisms, chemical substances and sterilization influence. The explored sorbtsiyno-desorbtsiyni properties of synthesized sorbentiv in relation to protrombinou, to trombinou, albumen, factors of rolling up of blood VIII and IX, which showed their fitness for the selection and cleaning of the given albumens. Synthesized sorbenti differ after specificity of sorbtsii of various albumens. This specificity is conditioned by the presence of various after properties deputies in barvniciv-ligandiv and carried out, obviously, after the mixed type at participation of catalytic active center of fermenta and centers of fastening of soubstrativ (ingibitoriv), gidrofobnoi and ionic co-operation. With the use of biospetsifichescoy hromatografii on synthesized silica sorbentah the created technological charts of selection and cleaning of the explored albumens from scrap factions of processing of donor plasma of blood.
