STABILIZATION OF EMBRYOS MEMBRANES AT CRIOCONSERVATION BY ULTRAFREEZING METHOD

Data are resulted about crioprotective properties of insolvit, linoleiñ acids, holesterol of linoleat, oleat and stearat at addition of her on medium for the ultrafreezing of embryos of mice and cows. It is set, that introduction of the indicated membrano stabilizing matters to the environment for freezing of embryos by the method of vitrification in optimum concentrations lowers the quantity of the morphologically damaged cells after deconservation, that is confirmed by the high index of saving of deconservation embryos (over 80,0 %), and also promoted them implantation on 7,2-17,0 %.
