OXIDE AND RESTORATION PROCESSES IN THE CELLS OF GRANULOSE FOLLICLES OF COWS OVARIES DEPEND ON THE PHYSIOLOGICAL STATE

J. Bodnar, D. Ostapiv, R. Sachko, J. Martyn, O. Grabovska

The bonds between physiological state of ovaries, the size of follicles, the intensity of breathing and the restoration ability of cells of granulose were studied. We provide evidence that the intensity of oxygen consumption and the restoration ability of cells of granulose depends on the physiological state of ovary and the size of follicles, which they were received from. In the follicles of ovaries of cows, depending on the size and the physiological state of sexual gland, there is a deficit of electron acceptors, which show different metabolite activity of cells of granulose and quality of oocites.
