INTENSITY OF RESPIRATION OF NATIVE AND DELIOFILIZATED CELLS MIKOPLASMA TEST-STRAINS

M. Roman'ko, V. Ushkalov, V. Andrushchenko

Information about respiration intensity of native and deliofilizated cells of mikoplasma test-strains at oxidation of endogenous substrata into the incubation glucose environment is given in this article. Respiratory activity of mikoplasma of M. orale is sufficiently higher than in other microplasma types that is why they have potential for biological industry. Respiratory activity in lifilizated cells of mikoplasma of M. arginini, M. gallisepticum and A. laidlawii is accordingly 3,2, 2,1 and 2,4 times higher, than in native mikoplasma cells. Adding 1 % glucose to the incubation environment did not influence the intensity of respiration of these types of mikoplasma. Respiration activity of mikoplasma characterizes the physiological condition and stability degree of cells biological potential of mikoplasma both in the conditions of bioindustrial cultivation and in research experiments.
