CONTENT OF TOTAL PROTEIN, PROTEIN FRACTIONS AND TRANSAMINASE ACTIVITIES IN THE BLOOD SERUM OF HIGHLY PRODUCTIVE COWS IN POSTPARTUM PERIOD

Disease of reproductive organs and extremities of highly productive cows in postpartum period accompanied by disorder of protein metabolism which caused to dicrease of total protein, albumin, ?-globulin and ?-globulin content. Lowering of albumin content and increase of ?-globulin content with simultaneous raising of transaminase activities in sick cows testified to disorder of liver function.
