INTENSITY OF SOME LIPID CLASSES SYNTHESIS AND ITS CONTENT IN GEESE'S SKIN ON DIFFERENT GROWTH STAGES

D. V. Janovich

Data about some lipid classes synthesis and its content in skin of 25-day embryos and geese of 1-, 10-, 30- and 60-day age are presented. All lipid class synthesis intensity in embryo skin was significantly higher, than in 1-60 day aged geese. Phospholipids and cholesterol synthesis in geese's skin was increased from 1- to 30-day age. Total lipid content differences in skin of embryos and 1-60-day aged geese were not significant. Phospholipid and cholesterol content was significantly decreased and triacylglicerols level was significantly increased in geese's skin from 1- to 60- day age.
