The influence of long-term introduction of the "argocol" preparationon the correction of reproductive function and some biochemicalindices in the blood serum of cows

The influence of different dozes of introduction of the "Argocol" aminoacid-vitamin preparation with prolonged action on the stimulationof heat and fertilization in cows with ovarian hypofunction has been investigated. Ovarian reaction and some biochemical parameters ofblood have been investigated under the long-term application of "Argocol" preparation. It is shown that the long-term application of "Argocol" preparation during 10 days, once a day, into the area ofvestibulum urogenitale brings about an increase in the level ofmetabolic processes in the organism, at the background of which theblood filling of sexual system is improved, ensuring the sexualarousal of animals and the restoration of sexual cyclicity,stimulating embryo-uterine signal and increasing the level offertilization of cows. The administration of the preparation resultsin a significant saving of hormonal and vitamin components and reducesthe expenses related to the stimulation of heat in cows.
