It was carried out the comparative analysis of genetic structure of two interbreed types of Ukrainian Mountain Carpathian breed of sheep: pre-carpathian and transcarpathian and paternal - Tsyhay breeds. From 9 investigated genetic and biochemical system four namely: transferrine, post- transferrine, haemoglobine, purinnucleosidphosphorilase, are found out polymorphous, while ceruloplasmin, amilasa, glucose-6-phosphat dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase, phosphomutase - monomorphic. It was also found out lokus, which are neutral to the influence of selection factors, especially haemoglobine and post- transferrin, while locus of transferrin and purinnucleosidphosphorilase pull into the processes of differentiation. Received results let assume stability availability of breed- specific characteristics by separate locus in time, that is the result of influence of some factors of artificial selection.
