Influeòce of the "antoxan" preparation on the peroxidation of lipids and antioxidant system activity of the organism of the early age calves

Investigation data about the influence of new complex imunnemodulating preparation with antioxidation properties "Antoxan", which contains natrium selenit, biosynthetical carotene and total interferon (splenoferon) on the processes of peroxidative oxygenation of lipids (POL) and system of the antioxidant defence (SAP) in the organism of the early age calves are shown in this article. Stimulating influence of the preparation on the activity of SAP and inhibitory influence on the POL in the organism of calves was established. Reliable increase of the glutationperoxydase activity, reductive glutathione and decrease of the malonic dialdehyde assay and hydroperoxide of lipids in the calves' blood was shown. These changes were caused by the complex additive influence of the preparation components, leading to metabolical and free-radical processes normalization in the organism of calves.
