The fatty acid composition of bee pollen is depending on the ecological terms of environment

I. I. Saranchuk, J. F. Rivis

It is shown, that in the pollen of dandelion medical, that grows on ecological contaminated territories, decreases amount of fatty acids: saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated. It is most decreased in the pollen of dandelion medical, that is growing on a territory with intensive traffic and working industrial factories, and less decreases - on a territory nearby mining works and cement plant. In the pollen of sative buckwheat, that is growing on ecological contaminated territories, increases total assay of fatty acids, including saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated. It is most increased in the pollen of sative buckwheat, that is growing on a territory nearby mining works and less of all - on a territory, which is contaminated by working cement plant. Pollen from a dandelion medical is more sensible to ecological contamination of environment, than pollen of sative buckwheat.
