Activity of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in different organs and a blood of cows

Results of researches of activity of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in tissues of myelencephalon, a lien, mucous a thin intestine and in an integral blood of cows are presented. It is established, that activity of antioxidative enzymes in investigated organs manifests histic specificity and considerably above, than in an integral blood of cows. The highest activity of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase is taped in a tissue of myelencephalon. It is established, that in an integral blood of cows and in tissues of investigated organs activity of superoxide dismutase positively correlates (r = + 0,57) with activity glutathione peroxidase. At an electrophoresis in 10 % polyacrylamide gel and specific a staining of plates nitro blue tetrazolium two isoformes of superoxide dismutase in a tissue of myelencephalon and a lien and three in mucous a thin intestine are detected.
