These literatures and results of own researches which testify to distribution of heavy metals in an environment are expounded. The important value of their maintenance is reflected in food stuffs. The special attention is paid to control of quality of milk and suckling products and decline of maintenance of heavy metals in raw material and products of stock-raising for the feed of man.
