Pathways of heavy metals entrance to environment and their effects on living organisms.

In the review are observed the problems of environmental contamination by cadmium and lead. The special attention gives to the contents and mobility of these heavy metals in soil, their uptake and accumulation by plants, metabolism and toxicity effects in the organism of animals.
