The reglamens of isolation subcell fraction-citozol and cell defrit from native concentrals of bacterial mass of Sal. choleraesuis 9 and E. coli 1308 strains are fulfilled. It was defined protein electroforetic mobility, parameters of lipid and fat acid composition, intensivity of lipid peroxidation and its regulation in native samples of strains, after their desintegration and ultracentrifugation. The correlative connection between quantitative part of saturated/ unsaturated fat acids and character of lipid peroxidation, intensivity in studied bacterial cells was established. It was shown that by chose techniques it is possible to control a degree of structure destruction of bacterial cells and predict their biological potential under the stress conditions.
