The use of white mice as a biological model in experiments for training of testing of hormonal preparations

The possibility of use the hormonel preparations of PMSG, FSH and HgG for induction of superovulation in white mice has been studied. In groups of mice under invastigation after induction of multiple ovulation were recovered higher number of exellant quality embryos comparing to control group.

The work of suck kind on laboratory animals can be used for preparation of students - biologists and future specialists in animal biotechnology reproduction.
