Selection of cow-donors with allergenic methods for ovarian function assessment

The finings of the study of allergenic reaction on sexual hormones injection in cows have been shown. Revealed the correlation between the skin reaction and hormonal blood plateau, functional state of reproductive organs, quantitative and qualitative indices of embryoproductivity in cow donors. Has been shown, that intracutaneus injection of steroid hormones can be an important diagnostic test for revealing of ovarian pathology in cows in order to optimize the selection of potential embryo-donors.
