Influence of different rates of freezing on safety of bovine oocytes

Are carried out researches on influence of different rates of freezing-thawing on viability frozen-thawed of bovine oocyte-cumulus complexes. It is established, that of bovine oocytes preservation of 11,4 5,4 %, (n=3/40), 6,7 3,2 %, (n=4/60), 14,0 4,9 % (n=7/50), after freezing with slow, high and superhigh rates of heat-exchange.
