Long-time maintenance of embryos without decreasing their viability

The earlier unknown phenomenon of embryo viability in vitro during long-time cultivation without decreasing their ability was described in article. The mice blastocysts screen own viability after 6 days cultivation on feeder monolayer. They had good morphological characteristics and were used in other experiments. This shown, that epithelial cells of uterus have a high regulatory function in vitro.

The epithelial cells continued the creating of feeder monolayer with high proliferative growth after 9 days of cultivation.
