Changes of the species composition of the rats large intestines microbocenosis under yeast biomass feeding

M. V. Kaminska

The addition of the yeasts biomass to diet of rats leads to positive changes of the species composition and population level of fecal masses microflora. It was shown the increase of the level of the Escherichia's strains with normal fermentative activities. There were not hemolytic and lactate(-) strains in the microflora of the faeces. The contain of proteus and fungi of experimental rats microflora decreased. As a result, the yeasts biomass improves the state of experimental animals microbocenosis.
