The information about the influence of NO donors on the liver damage by allyl alcohol and the improvement of all parameters explored by us by administering them has been represented: functional state of eNOS, system of antioxide defence, enzymes of respiratory chain of enzymes-markers of cytolysis in hepatocytes have been represented.
