The characteristic of the immune status of the organism of cows with different forms of barrenness

The comparative analysis of immunologic parameters of the organism of the cows with different forms of barrenness has been conducted. In blood of barren cows decrease in quantity of lymphocytes and their population has been marked. Course sharp purulent endometritis is accompanied by significant reduction of concentration of E-lymphocytes and Тм-helpers. The increase in maintenance Тg-suppressions and decrease in parameter helper-suppression specifies parities active oppression of the Т-link of immunity in cows with inflammatory processes in the uterus.

The analysis of integrated parameters of immunity (Т:В and Тм:Тg parities, the Т-index) also specifies dysfunction of the protection system of the organism of barren females, and in cows with the diagnosis of sharp and chronic endometritis the oppression of immunologic parameters is expressed more essentially than in functional frustration of sexual system. Necessity of stimulation and correction systems of protection of the organism of cows both with complicated and physiological course of the postnatal period has been proved.
