The content of lipids in egg yolk, blood plasma and liver of japanese quails when the sunflower oil and vitamin e are added to their diet

Addition of 3% sunflower oil or the same quantity of oil and augmentation of vitamin E 20 IU/kg into mixed fodder balanced diet of japanese quails has increased hatchability on 4,2% and 5,8%. Credible increase of phospholipids and decrease of the quantity of tryacylglycerols in the yolk of the eggs from the experimental group of quails has been discovered. Opposite changes in the phospholipid content in liver and egg yolkwhen the sunflower oil is added to their diet have been established.
