The fatty acid composition of total lipids in skeletal muscles of chicks-broilers with the different content of vitamin e in ration

The data on the fatty acid composition of total lipids in skeletal muscles in skeletal muscles of chicks-broilers after being fed with the mixed fodder with increased content of the vitamin E have been represented in the article. The dose-dependant increase of arachidonic acid level of total lipids in skeletal muscles of chicks-broilers at increase of the vitamin E in their ration has been established.
