Amino-acid composition of geese skin protein in the end of embryo and during early stages of postnatal period

General protein content in geese skin increases by 10,5% during the period from the 25th day of embryo development till the 60th day of postnatal development.

During the mentioned period the content of glutamine acid, proline, glycine, tyrosine in the geese skin has realistically increased and alanine content has decreased.
