Influence of season on the antioxidant enzymes activity in the tissues of carp

The activity of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in hepatopancreas and skeletal muscles of carp in winter is significantly lower than in summer.

The activity of catalase in hepatopancreas of carp in March and in skeletal muscles in December is significantly higher than in other months.
