Carbohydrase activity of a one year carp of different breeds

Activity cavernous and membrane carbohydrases of a one year carp of different breeds, growing in ponds has been developed. It is investigated activity membrane enzymes which are on gkycocalix, in his thickness and on a membrane cell of the intestine. It is revealed, that lubin`s frames and scaly carps have the high carbohydrase activity in a proxymal part. At mixed frams carps it is established hyperactivity carbohydrase in distal a part that allows them to use forages with carbohydrates hardly accessible to hydrolysis.
