Content of certain lipid classes in hepatopancreas of the carps born in the current year in relation to breed and body weight

Data on content of certain lipid classes in hepatopancreas of the carps born in the current year in relation to breed and body weight have been represented. Total lipid content in hepatopancreas of scaly carp Lubin's hybrid was greater than in hepatopancreas of Galicia's carp and naked and scaly carp. In all fish species it is in direct interrelation with their body weight. Species differences in structure (phospholipids, cholesterol) and reserve (tryacylglycerols) lipids in hepatopancreas of carp born this year have not been statistically variable.
